To 500ml of cream
3 egg yolks 500ml milk
10 fresh mint leaves
I heat the milk in the microwave with the mint leaves that will infuse into it.
I spend the milk and mint leaves in the blender to mix the leaves well and bring out the flavors of mint.
To my taste, I have not filtered the small pieces of leaves, but you can do it!
In a bowl, I whipped egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.
I add milk and mint.
Then I put the bowl in the microwave (I'm in peak power) for 1 minute.
I mix well with a whisk and leave it in the microwave 1mn.
I re-mix and leave it to heat the MO for every 30 seconds until the desired thickening.
I served with a scoop of chocolate mousse, and strawberries with basil.
can also make a custard by putting more cornstarch ...
