For the stuffing
120 g Ground Beef
250 g ground veal
2 eggs
1 Onion chopped
S 3 C chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 Slices of bread soaked in 10 ml of milk or baguette halves dry breadcrumbs.
